3. Shipping Restrictions & Customs
We do not ship kratom to countries where it is prohibited (including Australia, Malaysia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, New Zealand, Romania, and Poland).
Important: We are not responsible for seizures by customs authorities. Due to varying local regulations, we do not offer replacements or refunds for orders confiscated by customs. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of local laws.

4. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Warranty
- Track & Trace: Orders with a tracking code officially confirmed as lost by the carrier are eligible for a one-time 100% replacement.
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period. Note: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to return and refund expires once the original seal is broken. Opened products cannot be returned.
- Replacement: If dissatisfied with unopened products, we offer a replacement after the product has been returned to us. We do not provide monetary refunds outside the legal withdrawal period for sealed products.

- Pricing: All prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
